Biography:
As a medical oncologist, Dr. Schneider participates as a clinical investigator in trials offered through CALGB, NSABP, RTOG, ECOG, the Hoosier Oncology Group, Christiana Care, and the HFGCC Pharmaceutical Trials Division. He is a member of the head and neck treatment development committee for the Hoosier Oncology Group, and serves as the Principal Investigator for Christiana Care for the Fox Chase Prevention Trial CCOP. He is also a member of the head and neck multidisciplinary center at the HFGCC. He is also involved in translational research with bone marrow stromal cell interactions with prostate cancer in collaboration with Robert Sikes, PhD at the University of Delaware.

April 15, 2010--In search of a new treatment for the debilitating disease osteogenesis imperfecta (OI), a team of researchers from the University of Delaware and Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children is initiating a two-year study exploring the use of an FDA-approved vibration platform in children with OI.
